1、驅(qū)動器的問題：驅(qū)動器本身里面的結(jié)構(gòu)或者電子原器件有問題也會造成錯位現(xiàn)象，這個原因多;溫度過高啊，受磁場干擾啊，潮濕短路啊等，若出現(xiàn)的次數(shù)不多，而且把速度降低一點，有時能正常雕刻，這說明驅(qū)動器還沒有徹 底壞掉;如果一開始雕刻就錯位就說明驅(qū)動器徹 底壞了。解決辦法：修理驅(qū)動器或者更換驅(qū)動器。

1. 2、電壓的問題：雕刻機在工作時需要的功率大，如果電壓過低，給驅(qū)動器供電不足，功率達不到則會造成錯位現(xiàn)象，這種情況一般以Y軸錯位為多，出現(xiàn)這種現(xiàn)象有可能是外界電壓不夠，或者在同一線路上有人使用了大功率的設(shè)備如電焊等。解決辦法：安裝一個5000瓦的穩(wěn)壓電源，但這個穩(wěn)壓電源的誤差范圍不能超過5%，在3%以內(nèi)。或者簡單的：給這臺雕刻機單獨弄個電源，這個電源上不要再使用其他設(shè)備。

2. Voltage problem: engraving machine needs high power when it works. If the voltage is too low, the power supply to the driver is insufficient, and the power can not reach, it will cause dislocation. This situation is generally Y-axis dislocation. This phenomenon may be due to insufficient external voltage, or someone using high-power equipment on the same line, such as welding. Solution: install a 5000 Watt regulated power supply, but the error range of the regulated power supply can not exceed 5%, within 3%. Or simply: get a separate power supply for this engraving machine, and don't use other equipment on this power supply.

3、接口板，主板，轉(zhuǎn)接板的問題：要是接口板，主板，轉(zhuǎn)接板壞了，雕刻機在工作的過程中，某一個方向或者是三個軸均不動，造成雕刻錯位。這種錯位對機器的損害比較嚴重，當(dāng)出現(xiàn)時因立即停機，修好之后再上電運行

3. 4、主軸電機的問題：要是步進電機或者是伺服電機的問題，整個機器在某一方向上都不移動，這種情況出現(xiàn)后表面上跟上面錯位的情況差不多，只是原因不同，一個是控制電路出問題了，沒給電機轉(zhuǎn)動的信號，電機不轉(zhuǎn)，一個是電機本身出問題了，即使給它信號，它也不轉(zhuǎn)，遇到這種情況，都應(yīng)當(dāng)立即停機，查出原因，修好之后再通電

4. 5、機床本身的問題：機床上的某個部件有問題或者是松動，表面有雜質(zhì)等也會出現(xiàn)錯位現(xiàn)象;如聯(lián)軸器松了，壞了，都會出現(xiàn)錯位;導(dǎo)軌，絲桿上長時間沒有清洗加油也會出現(xiàn)錯位現(xiàn)象;機床線要是斷了也會出現(xiàn)錯位現(xiàn)象。

5.
